You will be able to track the location and progress of your package from your personalize dashboard.

Delivery

No need to visit the office to collect your package! We offer delivery in Kingston and St. Catherine, for packages outside of those areas we use Knutsford Express or Zipmail. Delivery request can be made from the dashboard.

Email Notification

We will send promotional emails and other important information right to your email.

Freight Forwarding

We provide both air and sea freight forwarding. Look for the address on your personalized dashboard

No Credit Card No Problem! We offer credit card purchases at a fee of only 5% of the total cost

Packages take about 4-5 days to arrive once delivered to the warehouse.

How to avoid paying customs duty on my package?

To avoid paying customs duty on your package it is best to keep the price under $50. Customs fees may be charged on packages that value $50 and over.

What are the restricted items?

Can i send items of any size?

Yes. We specialize in air and sea freight. Larger items such as stores, refridgerators and large boxes with items can be sent to our warehouse and sent to Jamaica via sea.

Do i have to provide an invoice for my package?

Yes. Invoices have to be used to declare to Jamaica Customs the contents and value of each package entering the country.

Monday to Saturday 10am - 6pm
